Stony Knoll Studio - Stony Knoll, North Carolina

Phillips Van Heusen - We provided detailed, 3D illustrations of their facility and operations. They have a recurring need to explain how the facility operates and where each department is located. This facility will be expanding by one-third in 2009 and we will be updating the illustrations.

Emergency Medical Cot - We created a three-dimensional file of this Emergency Medical Cot. We again used SolidWorks to enable visualization of this project and analyze part collision, stability, portability and even drop ability. These units were designed so they could be stacked, tied and air dropped by parachute if necessary. The center support section is very different than anything used before for units such as this and it also makes this unit much stronger. We are very glad that Grandeur Manufacturing in Jonesville, North Carolina, chose us to help with this project.

Copeland Elementary School -

Rockford Preservation Society - We produced several illustrations which show proposed renovation of two buildings and construction of a new park in Rockford, North Carolina. We also created a new website which describes the future of these properties in detail. Check out www.rememberrockford.com.

Medical Stretcher - This is the most complex assembly we have created to date. This Stryker Stretcher was drawn using Solidworks. Components such as hand rails, backrest, footrest, brake pedals and even hydraulic pump pedals are functional. While viewing in 3D ... the user can collapse the hand rail, raise and lower the sleep surface, etc. This allowed Piedmont Medical to visulize improvements to the stretcher, estimate cost, and ultimately create a better stretcher.

Coe Service and Grocery Store - This building is located in Stony Knoll, North Carolina. I went to this store almost daily while growing up in the 60s and 70s. This was sort of the town hall for local farmers. There have been many stories told and alot of laughs in this building.

This bike was created for Grandeur Cycle of Jonesville, North Carolina. We used SolidWorks to create a three dimensional file which could easily be configured in various ways to allow visualization of this bike before a very expensive production started.

Resolution Hospital Bed - We created a SolidWorks model of this hospital bed for visualization of what might one day be a big help to patients. It provides assistance by placing the patient in a sitting position for entry and exit to the bed. Click to picture to the right to see a short animation.

Condos - We recently produced these renderings for John S. Clarke Construction Company. They will be used for visualization and marketing of a building being renovated in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
